Our brand is a new kind of collaboration between the manufacturer and the designer, in their common search of finding the best ways to translate ideas into reality with the highest standards. The collaboration between Martin doo and the designer Svjetlana Despot started in 2000, and it combines the contemporary clarity of ideas and traditional fabrication by hand. Our original concepts unite the natural materials and high-quality manufacturing with true-life emotions. With our innovative techniques of weaving, cutting, shearing along with the unusual combinations of these techniques, each carpet becomes a surprising centerpiece in each and every space.
The Martin Ltd. corporation was stated in 1990 and is owned by the Zigman family. The main product line consists of custom wool carpets. The firm is constantly upgarding its technology and introducing innovations into its production. The wool yarn is sorted daily. Based on the profound experience, each new carpet can have unique set of variations.
